What does it look like? Well it involves 3 components - Five, Sex (not a typo!) and Seven.
I'm going to break down this formula for you in this course.
The goal here is teach you how to create the habits and mindset that support you in being your most balanced and orgasmic self as a mother and woman.
We cover how balance and self-care and sexuality (or lack of) contribute to your experience of motherhood.
